Once upon a time there was a restaurant ideally located just a few steps from the Grand Place, Central Station and "l'Ilot Sacré". A haven of peace to enjoy delicious cuisine amidst a heavenly setting. Most of its decorative elements are from a church from Luxembourg, bombed during the last war. A series of splendid sixteenth-century polychrome wooden statues, and many wooden wall-panels were saved and used to compose a setting that is both beautiful and surprising.
Previously, this restaurant called St. Peter (patron saint of the Apostles), however, the place felt the unrelenting years go by and did not really earn the keys to paradise anymore ...
The miracle that was needed happened and, renamed "Raphael", the place has regained the hearts of many fans of a simple and refined cuisine. Indeed, the completely redesigned layout and structure of the restaurant can only appeal to an ever surprised public, to find such a setting both elegantly baroque and flamboyant in his exuberance.
